Guest reviewer magic links

How to invite a client to review work without an account. Link scoping, expiry, revocation, and what guest reviewers can and cannot do.

Guest reviewer magic links replace email PDF chains. The client gets one link per campaign, comments inline on each variation, and you keep a clean version history without anyone managing attachments.

From any campaign, click Share for review. Pick Guest reviewer link, optionally add a personal note, and copy the URL. Paste it in the next email to the client. No account creation, no login. The link opens directly to the campaign’s review view.

By default, guest reviewers can comment on variations and request changes. To grant approve-on-this-campaign access, toggle Can approve before generating the link. Approval rights are per-campaign; granting them on one campaign does not carry forward.

What guest reviewers can see

Only this campaign. Not the brand, not other campaigns, not the workspace. The link does not list the agency name or other clients in any UI surface.

Expiry and revocation

Default expiry is 30 days from generation. Owners can set per-link expiry (1 day to 365 days) at generation time or revoke any link at any time from the campaign settings. Revoking immediately invalidates the URL; clients hitting a revoked link see “this review window has closed”.

What guest reviewers cannot do

  • See variations from other campaigns, even within the same brand.
  • See cost, plan, or workspace settings.
  • Generate new variations.
  • Edit the Brand DNA.

Guest reviewers do not count against any seat ceiling and do not consume credits. There is no per-link cost, ever.
